try to not park your vehicles on the street.
Street parking is very dangerous with our
narrow roads and emergency vehicles may have a
hard time navigating our community.
Pets
must be leashed or kept under control at all times.
Please
remember
to clean up after your pets.
Motorized
vehicles may not be used on the bike paths.
Please
take a look at your property as your neighbor
sees it and take care of any items that need
attention.
Any
modification to your exterior property needs
A.R.B. approval.
Please
do not exceed the posted speed limit,
as
there
are many children playing in our community.
Please
report any acts of vandalism to the sheriffs
office.
During
school drop off and pick up, please do not park
along Alden Ridge Drive. This is becoming a very
dangerous condition. If you must park, do so
along Lakeside Blvd.
